At MaxxChair, we take great care in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Once the delivery has been received in good condition, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Reporting a Damaged Product
If your product is damaged upon delivery:
You must report the issue immediately while the deliveryman is standing.
Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
Contact our Customer Service Team with your order details and evidence of damage.
3. Return Process
After verifying the damage:
Our team will guide you through the return process.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and labels.
- Our team will send a fresh copy of the same model within the next 2 working days.
4. Refunds
If you don’t like the product or don’t need it anymore, we don’t offer any free returns. You must pay the delivery and return charges in that case.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after deducting the delivery and return costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are not defective or damaged upon delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
